Few days back, a close friend of mine (from native) visited my home. It's been a year and a half since I met her.
The first Impression , I made her was to say.. 'OMG!'.. And yours truly thought the next words would be.. You.Look.So.Pretty. Or You.have.become.So.Fair. :P
Instead it was.. YOU.ARE.BLOODY.FAT. Yes, F.A.T.!! :( My heart was broken immediately and it took days to repair it. No, I did not become slim. I just convinced myself that, I will become slim. Sigh.
So far, I had never been the thinny thinny girl, but never got this comment.. At least without the prefix.. 'OMG!' :| I agree, I have become fat but I have my reasonable reasons for it. I.JUST.DELIVERED.A.BABY.
And that baby depends on me for nutritions. I would be glad if he sucks on some fat to o from me. Hmmph. Seems like he is not interested.
The last I remember fitting into the clothes, I bought is last year january. I have gained 15 kgs since then. So, I prefer wearing night dress these days (as if I never wore them before )even during functions or festivals. Kill me.
I need lose weight.
Dieting? i suck at it. Still, I tried an app called 'FitnessPal'. It didn't work for me. I had to count calories for each food I intake. Who are you kidding? :P I don't even know what calories are :P
Exercise? I have no time.
Miracle? I'll happily accept it. :P
Let me wait for it, then :D

ReplyDeleteyou look adorable, i love new mommies. and if you can take out one hour/45 minutes in the day for yoga it'll do wonders.. slowly and steadily and the weight loss will stay! you will feel so much better too.
call a yoga teacher at home .. they provide these services in Delhi at least.. hope it does there too.
or just walk daily.. don't stress yourself about weight at all. you are right - the baby depends on you for his nutrition!! baby s the priority
