I just drool =P~whenever I hear that! :D How many of you out there are like me? :D
So, One day [few weeks back] being a cup cake freak, I decided to learn , how to bake them! And hence to put the thought into action, I googled for 'Cup cake classes in Dubai'..
I got in touch with one tutor[Pastry Chef].. and yesterday I went to accomplish my long term wish..
YES!!!!!!! I learned how to make cupcakes! hehhe.. :D
Including me, there were 3 other students.I really had fun. Meeting new(good) people is always fun right?
A tamilian (me), A Filipino (The Pastry chef), A Bengali [grew up in muscat]and Two Emiratis(A mom and daughter)
Since we come from different cultures and different countries, we started talking about the same..
To think, how culture varies from country to country , state to state, street to street, family to family is really amazing and annoyed at times.
Ok, coming back to experience on how to make cupcakes..
Well, not only cupcakes, I have had no any other baking experience before.. So, I was so excited.. But to my fortune, heheh.. The baking process is so easy!
My Chef, taught us how to make the vanilla cupcake and the frosting for the same only.. I was so surprised and Happy to know and see how easy it was to make..
Me and The Bengali friend made the Strawberry cheese cupcakes and Chocolate. And The Carrot cupcakes were made by the dear Mom and Daughter[Emaratis].
So here are the pics,
Vanilla cupcake with vanilla buttercream frosting, Carrot cupcake with cream cheese frosting, Chocolate cupcake with chocolate buttercream frosting and Strawberry cheesecake cupcake)
And Here is your Princess Nuchu [ the Upcoming Pastry Chef.. LOL :D Specialized in making Cupcakes :D ] with the cupcakes!!
